If you have purchased a license for any of our products, you are entitled to free lifetime Standard Support.

If you need to submit a support request, email support@callback.com or submit a support request at: www.callback.com/support/submit.aspx. Our technical Support Team will respond to your request in the order in which it was received. You can also search our Online Knowledge Base which includes hundreds of commonly asked questions and their answers explained in a simple, straightforward manner in a fully searchable and easy-to-use format.

Yes, absolutely. Our free Basic Support is available to anyone evaluating our products. If you have any technical questions, please submit a request at: www.callback.com/support/submit.aspx

Please email the purchase order to sales@callback.com or fax it to (919) 928-5455, and include the following information:

  • Bill To information: Name, Company, Email, Address, Phone Number.
  • End User information: Name, Company, Email, Address, Phone Number.
  • A Purchase Order Number that can be referenced in your system.
  • Product name, part number, price, quantity. Please request a quote from sales@callback.com to obtain this information.
  • Additional Purchasing Information: If you are renewing a subscription or an annual support and maintenance contract, please reference the Contract Number on the Purchase Order to expedite the order.

All Purchase Orders received during normal business hours: Mon-Fri 9AM to 6:00PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed within the same day.

All payments are due upon receipt unless you submit a purchase order. With a valid purchase order, we accept payment on a net 30 basis. Please contact our Sales Team at sales@callback.com for any additional questions regarding payment terms.

Yes, we offer various volume discounts based on the quantities ordered. To find out if your order qualifies, please contact our sales staff at: sales@callback.com.

No, we do not offer discounted government pricing options.

We offer discounted reseller pricing to resellers who are a part of our Value-Added Resellers Program. Callback Technologies' Value-Added Resellers actively market our products to customers through various online and print opportunities. If you are interested in joining our Value-Added Reseller Program, please contact sales@callback.com. Please include information about your company as well as a link to your website.

We offer free minor updates and bug fixes for all of our products, which are available for download at: www.callback.com/download/. Major upgrades and new versions are available through a current subscription or annual maintenance contract.

For select products, we also provide a one-time free upgrade to customers who have purchased within 30 days prior to any major software upgrade of the corresponding product. For additional details, please contact sales@callback.com to find out if you qualify for a free upgrade.

You are not required to purchase an upgrade for your license, although we recommend that you do so in order to gain access to the most current version. Support for previous versions is limited. Any bug fixes or improvements will only be implemented in the current version. Therefore, a successful resolution of your issue may often require an upgrade to the newest version of the software.

Multiple licensing options are available with the most common one being royalty free. Please contact sales@callback.com for details.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept ACH/Wire and Checks. Please contact our Sales Team sales@callback.com with any questions.

You can access our End User Licensing Agreement by going to: www.callback.com/kb/help/. Once you click on the product that you are interested in, you will be taken to the documentation page for that specific product. A Copyright & Licensing link will be displayed on the left.

Due to the copyright nature of our software, we do not accept returns after a product has been purchased and activated. We offer fully-functional trial versions for all of our products. The trial versions allow you to fully evaluate the software for a 30-day period. We encourage developers to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing.

We do provide source code for our products for an additional fee. A source code escrow service is also available. For more details about source code escrow, please contact our Sales Team at sales@callback.com.
