• [IMPORTANT] (Rust) Updated the API to make it more conformant to Rust rules.
• [NEW] Added WindowsUpdateIconOnRetrieveErrors and WindowsUpdateIconOnUpdateErrors configuration settings.
• [FIX] A secondary Windows function could return ERROR_INVALID_DRIVE when RootFolder was set to a directory on a non-system drive. This error is now ignored so that it doesn't get in the way of registering the sync root.
